- Step 1. First, you need to go to the Charts of account menu and create accounts in the excel file such as Operations, Flights, Airport
- Step 2. go to Banking menu -> select Bank accounts and create a bank account
- Step 3. Next, select Banking Feeds -> select bank account -> select Import transactions
- Step 4. Next, download the sample file and import data from the "Bank Account April to June" file into the downloaded sample file. You need to determine which transactions should be entered in the Withdrawals column, which transactions should be entered in the Deposits column
- Step 5. Then, you import the above file into the system: select bank account and select the file
- Step 6. Go back to Banking Feeds and select the bank account above -> Select a transaction and click the gear icon -> then select Add Transaction
- Step 7. Select "Operations' in the Account column and click Save
